1. Introduction

Welcome to On Court! This Privacy Policy describes how On Court Apps Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use any of our mobile applications under the “On Court” brand - including “On Court Tennis” (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including:

A. Information You Provide Directly to Us:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and/or phone number. Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information for your profile, such as [e.g., your tennis skill level, club affiliation, profile picture - specify if you collect these]. Competition Data: Information related to competitions you create, join, or participate in, including competition names, dates, scores, and participant lists. Communications: Records of your correspondence with us, such as support inquiries. B. Information Collected Automatically (via Firebase Services):

Our App uses Google Firebase, a backend platform that automatically collects certain data to provide and improve its services. This data may include:

Usage Data (via Google Analytics for Firebase): Information about how you access and use the App, such as features you use, screens you view, events (like starting a competition, joining a match), and the date and time of your visits. This helps us understand user behavior and improve the App. Device Information (via Google Analytics & Crashlytics): Information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. Performance Data (via Crashlytics & Google Analytics): Information about crashes, errors, and app performance, which helps us identify and fix issues. Remote Config Data: Information about how the App configures its behavior based on remote settings, which may involve limited aggregated usage data to determine user segments for feature rollout. C. Authentication Data (via Firebase Authentication):

When you authenticate using email and password, Firebase securely stores your email address and a hashed version of your password. When you authenticate using phone number, Firebase securely stores a token associated with your phone number.

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

To Provide and Maintain the App: To operate, deliver, and maintain the functionality of On Court, including creating and managing user accounts, competitions, and matches. To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor content, features, and functionality to your preferences based on your usage (e.g., suggesting relevant competitions). For Communication: To send you service-related notifications, updates, and support messages. For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the security and integrity of the App and our users, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our terms of service. For Research and Development: To develop new features and services. 4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With Other Users: Information you choose to make public in your profile (e.g., [your name, skill level if public]) or within competitions (e.g., scores, participation) will be visible to other users of the App. With Service Providers: We use third-party services, primarily Google Firebase (which includes Google Analytics, Firestore, Functions, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Authentication), to host, operate, and analyze our App. These providers may have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect and defend our rights or property, (c) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App, or (d) protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
